an appointment--Available Monday-Friday 1pm-10pm, and
weekends 8am-11pm. Short notice appointments OK.

WHO:
Massage is not a luxury, it is a vital part of health
and well being. It is helpful if you are stressed or
injured, and wonderful even if you are not. In
addition to just feeling good, massage restores your
energy and flushes toxins from the body. Every one of
my massages is individually designed based on your
personal needs. I am trained in many modalities,
including Swedish, Zen Shiatsu, Thai, Deep Tissue, and
others (see below for a full list).

HOW:
Massages are usually performed on a mat or table.
Clothing may or not be worn, depending on the
modality, the use of lotion or oil, and the comfort
level of the client. If you do choose to wear clothes
then they should be comfortable and loose fitting. My
number one goal is your comfort, health, and
happiness.

TRAINING:
I am a member of the American Massage Therapy
Association ,and I have completed an extensive 750
hour training program in Swedish, Zen Shiatsu, Thai,
Sports, Swedish Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release,
Rocking and Shaking, Energy work, Scalp, Face, and
Foot massage, Pregnancy massage, Accupressure, Joint
Mobility and Range of Motion, Kinesthiology, Jin Shin,
and others at the National Holistic Institute. I am
currently continuing my education and acheiving my
National Certification.

WHERE:
My studio is located in west Oakland, or I can come to
the location of your choice (anywhere within the Bay
Area). Please add a $10 surcharge for travel.

Also available to work at your office, place of
business, or event. Special event pricing is
available.

I also have package deals and lower rates for
purchasing multiple sessions in advance.
