tierra firma offers the best c.s.a. (community supported agriculture) program i have seen in the bay area. once a week you pick up a box of the finest produce from a location near your home. the cost is nominal and the produce is excellent. recipes are provided, as is an informative newsletter. but mostly the joy is opening the box each week to see what is inside. at my house, its a chance to see grown men and women acting like kids on christmas morning. - andy , posted 10/15/04 |
