my old friend obi is making magic with oil paints and other mixed media. his paintings are dreamlike and abstract, but always make some sense in the way that dreams do. his poetry, too, is amazing. every time i visit his web site he seems to have a new body of work up. truly gorgeous. - angela , posted 10/09/04 |
