I have been working for www.consciousyout... for the last three weeks and I can't even tell you how much fun it is to work w/ the youth. We are putting together a 15-20 doc on the lowrider seen in the 80's. Focusing on the oppression of culture going on w/ the sf police and the local latino community. This we set beside the sideshow scraper (check this if you don't kno' Note: I didn't kno' www.urbandictiona... ) of today. With so many young people getting in to their cars and heading out to show off we want to see if local PD are still standing on the neck of the up and coming car culture. Shooting has been great. Lowriders on monday. Scrapers on doves on weds. Thank god on friday all we did was write and log footage. ASfter work I slide by man Sean house (indiosarts.com) to talk about the other film I'm working on. He runs to drop off the lady. I run to Yum Yum House for some eats. Sizzing basil Chicken, Moongolian Beef and I hit the street. This place is great cause the guy who lives up stairs has a dragon that loves to sun bath w/ him out in front of the Yum Yum. Great eats!!! All names have been changed to protect the friends, fiends, innocent, guilty, stupid, crazy and down right bad.
