After confiding to my friend about love for chocolate truffles, she kindly pointed me to this cute place in North Beach. XOX Truffles turns out to be a small unpretentious neat shop, just a block away from Washington Square park. They have good coffee too at a reasonable $1.25. But the main thing is their arrays of delightful flavors. Behind their whole 10feet long glass deli fridge, sits bowls of flavored hand made truffles to choose from. Amongst these were Earl Grey, Orange, Espresso, Matcha(Green Tea), Rum, Cognac, Rose, and many others. Mango ended up being the most interesting. I immediately box of 20, and downed my coffee. I saw at least 5guy drop by... They looked like regulars by the way they interacted with the cute cashier. I figured they must be addicted to the place...
