Entertaining if a little too gen-x
So, imagine you are a ambitionless twenty-something philosophy graduate working retail. Then imagine that, every once in awhile, you hallucinate (or is it real?) that stuffed animals and any other inanimate object with a face talks to you and gives you advice. Then further imagine that you feel compelled to follow that advice in some fashion which catapult you into zany adventures. What you get is the TV serial, Wonderfalls.
It's cute and imaginative, and I liked watching it. The characters were not complete cliches and some of the characters were interesting. The location (Niagra Falls) also made some really nice views.
But the talking animals get old after awhile. Also, you can really tell it was for TV - the main character overuses a handful of "cute" catchphrases, everyone is improbably good-loooking, all of the "zany adventures" get completely resolved in 30 min. minus commercials, etc.
All in all, if you like TV sitcoms, you'll probably like this one too.
