Just a few days ago a friend introduced me to LinkTV , I dont have TV but if I did I would watch it. This TV brings real & true information, without the need to manipulate the facts one way or the other...When I saw it for breif 30min I got to view a very interesting program about Huricane Katrina by Greg Palast called "Big Easy Big Empty" look it up it has a rather disturbing information about the catastrophy! Spike Lee made a 3h documentary on the same topic: www.hbo.com/docs/program...eleveesbroke/ Lets STAY INFORMED knowledge is POWER, when we have power we can actupon what we belive is right against waht is wrong. I wonder waht will it take to make change happen ..in my country it was pain and suffering(Velvet Revolution 11.11. 1989 Prague).... we are numbed by watching the suffering of others second hand, we are too entertained and too full to have enough time to stop and actually think for OURSELVES. The secondhand suffering is far too far for us to want to stand up and demand the goverment to stop their torture and killing. Because it is this government that is responsible for so much pain of innoccent ones. Yup, poor kids pay the highest price for wars....I am on a tangent here, but I guess the least thing to do for change mean time is to vote for the best option available. If you dont like any of the candidates make your own party if you are so smart, but if you dont vote, your vote goes to whoever you dont want ...I wish I could vote (im not a citizen yet) oh yeah this Linktv has some interesting info about voting Yeah so check it out!!!! thanxxss Satsumi - sweet , posted 10/17/06 |
