There is no place in the civilized world better for smokin and humpin than Vietnam. While there are supposedly laws against MJ they are apparently not enforced at all, especially not with tourists. It is readily available form the usual suspects and if you refuse the bunk there os so-so available. As for humpin, the people in VN love Americans, (heaven knows why!) and they are a very attractive, gracious and healthy people. On top of that it is incredibly inexpensive, I was just in India for a month and VN is a less expensive place to live like a westerner. I love Vietnam!!!
