truely this is not in the civic center/downtown..that was just the closest. This place is only three months old and absolutely charming!!! if you LOVE tea, this is the place to be!! it is a very warm,welcoming place. if you really don't know teas they have handy dandy cards that let you know everything from caffine content to brewing temps. the cards also cover what the teas taste like,very wine bar;-) lovely Arte style art and surroundings,super friendly folks run it..not to mention the tea TREATS!!! they make the best best baked items for that high tea..scones,so lite and yummmy!!!
