Heres what I hear from San Francisco, explicit and implicit shared ownership IT IS RUMORED IN THE HIGHEST CIRCLES THAT THE GREAT BEAT ARTIST MICHAEL BOWEN IS BEING RIPPED OFF IN A CLEVER PLOT TO GAIN HIS ART RIGHTS BY A NEW YORK AND WEST COAST CRIME FAMILY.
