Sunce Winery & vineyard has an excellent 2002 north coast Cab. It's the "suck your teeth" Cabernet, and lives entirely across the sides of the tongue. It sneaks up on you, as it has a very light nose, but it is more than worth the risk. Try it, as well as their 2003 Meritage (CabFranc, Merlot, Malbec, and Cab) at the tasting room. See if I'm Wrong!
