great tech support; great filtering
The tech support is sooo good at sonic.net . They've helped me fix email issues that turned out to be system problems unrelated to sonic.net. Also, the help guys will consult with each other when stumped. I respect the company. Mucho.

Their spam filter is wonderful, too! I've opted to receive a daily report of any messages to me that the filter has trapped. When I recognize the sender, I can "whitelist" the person. Meanwhile, this process is teaching me what looks like spam to the filter -- for example, "hello" in the subject line will give a few points against. Who knew? - Francesca , posted 08/18/05

Good, fast, cheap, this time you get all three.
There's an old saying about Internet services:

Good, fast, cheap, pick any two.
(No, you can't have all three.)

While that is still true to a point, with sonic.net you DO get all 3, excellent products, fast servers and connections, and a very competative price. Don't buy from anyone else until you compare them with Sonic and know exactly what you are *giving up* when you go with someone else. - jc , posted 02/18/05
