Fast and friendly
My window cracked while driving, probably a stone. Last thing you want to do is squeeze a repair into an already busy workday. I called them and got a quote within 2 minutes and an appointment scheduled for 45 minutes later. they said it will take an hour, but called to tell me it was fixed 30 minutes after I dropped it off. and yes, I paid exactly what they quoted me for. - , posted 12/23/04

Lightning Fast Service
Funny, I had almost the exact same thing happen to me as Valerie. So the morning after I called Save On Glass (remembered they were on tribe.net) at about 8:00 am on my drive up to the city. They gave me an appointment for 9:30am that day, and 2 hours later my window (and windshield) were repaired. They even cleaned the inside of my car where some of the broken glass had accumulated. $129 for the side window replacement, and something like $190 for the windshield. I didn't do a lot of comparison price checking, but it sure seems cheap, and they were super professional and speedy. One note: getting to 30 Otis street from South of Market in the morning rush hour is a complete bitch! - Wade , posted 10/14/04

Inexpensive, efficient car window repair
My car was vandalized, and I needed the window replaced ASAP. Save on Glass had the window in stock, set up an appointment within an hour of my call, replaced the window in an hour and charged me exactly what I was quoted on the phone $130. I highly recommend them if you need a window replaced! - Valerie , posted 10/01/04
