The only way the process could have been any simpler is if I didn't have to do it. I drove in and was greated by professional and polite help. A couple minutes to fill out the form and then a ten minute wait in a very clean waiting room before I was on my way. This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a smog facility, I was in and out of there in 15 minutes (including filling out paperwork), AND there's a $20 off coupon on their website! Because it's a test only facility, I feel like they're more likely to be honest, and the service was exceptionally friendly. Harrison was super nice and funny, it looked like he and his mother run the business together. I liked being able to flip through the TV channels while I waited in the comfy waiting room. All in all the service was $55, which may have been more expensive than other places, but I have to say that for my 15 hassle-free minutes, it was absolutely worth it! - Jenni , posted 01/23/07 |
