Dr. Chen is very professional. I have been to lots of doctors and dentists who are really rude and impatient, but Dr. Chen really cares. She listens to what I have to say, and she addresses all of my problems. She's very intelligent, and it shows. - lia , posted 12/02/07 |

I am the biggest wimp, and the dentists (Dr. Chen and Dr. Bic) have done outstanding jobs on my mouth. Dr. Chen fixed a crown that another dentist had screwed up and now you can't even tell that I have a fake tooth. I've referred a lot of friends there and they are happy with this office. My wife and I both go to Dr. Chen and highly recommend her. She's very gentle, does not rush us in and out and makes sure we are comfortable and at ease. Strongly recommend giving her office a try. - Bart , posted 01/14/05 |

Dr. Chen treats my entire family (kids 4 and 6, too). She is very thorough and gentle. She always asks about my comfort while i am in the chair. we make the drive twice a year from the east bay to see her. - suzie , posted 01/14/05 |
