I come from a city where there are more pho restaurants than you can count on both hands... and i must say i'm picky about my pho... and i'm picky about my vietnamese sandwiches. Out of all those restaurants i would only eat at 2 of them. Much to my delight, I found this place (Pho Quyen 2) when i moved to Sunnyvale a few months ago. It is equally as good as those 2 restaurants. The soup literally arrives at your table in less that 5 mintues... The sandwiches are top quality... the bread is NEVER too dry or hard. They have great grilled pork spring rolls and they don't chinch you on ingredients... nothing is too expensive... and the help is surprisingly friendly. What's even better, I take the leftover mint and lime home and make mojitos with it. =) nice perk. 5 stars for Pho Quyen 2. -  Swami
