It is reliably an experience, if not always a sure way to find the ultimate shoe. And, when you do find a pair, its almost garanteed to be 30% to 80% off of retail pricing. I do not recommend this venue for people who must have orderly racks of shoes or who expect their shoe schwag to be placed neatly wrapped in a box, perish the thought! You may well have to search thoroughly through the racks around your size to find a decent pair.

I will say that on a recent foray to the Rack I was able to pick up Merrell Crosstrainers that were being discontinued for way, way cheap (70% off!) and also a good pair of Palladiums (43% off). Check it out if you get a chance.

My only affiliation with Nordstrom's is as an occasionally pleased customer. All the best.
