Every time I've gone here I've gotten good service from knowledgeable sales people who will listen to me and make recommendations. They have a few listening rooms as well and are very accommodating if you're picky, like me. They are a small independent store and don't get into the hard sell. We first went to this store for their extensive DVD collection, but they recently opted to stop selling and renting DVDs, and focus exclusively on audio/video equipment and home theaters. We are still very happy customers, and will continue to work with them whenever we need an update. We recently bought a new HDTV from them (after visiting the store MANY times to check out the showrooms). Each time we visited, we had lots of questions, and they generously spent the time to answer our questions and demo the equipment. Once they even reconfigured their setup to help us compare. After the sale, they recommended a good crew to help us rewire our home theater to accommodate the new stuff.
