Get'm while you can
Since Futura busted out with the first "Unkle" vinyl in the late 90's, this super-dope hobbiest industry has grown from prohibitively exclusive to immediately accessible high quality goods, and Kid Robot has led the way. The difference between urban vinyl and other failed collectibles is that real and important artists/cultural visionaries( the kind that are being writen into art history books ) have had been on the front line, designing these toys. This may be a rare opportunity to own genuinely rare, limited run artist-signed sculpture at an initially affordable price. I've been collecting vintage vinyl toys (Japanese monsters) since I was 7 years old, and this new wave of creative energy has me totally captivated, once again. Super 7 and Giant Robot are also great stores, Super 7 being my favorite of all.
