If you are living in the San Francisco area, this is a great opportunity to learn from Martial Arts Master Constantine Darling. This martial arts is a hybrid form based on Chien Lung Kung Fu. The six animal form movements and psychology are based on three cats (black panther, tiger, and white leopard) and three snakes(boa, python,and cobra). The synthesis of the cat and snake creates the sub- earth dragon, earth dragon and celestial dragon. I was introduced to this in 1999 in Vancouver, BC and have taken his classes and trained with Constantine in the most magical of places from Maui to the Grand Canyon. I love the his use of Yoga and Qi Gong for conditioning. During special training sessions we would train in the forest blindfolded to increase our sensory awareness.
