I'm from philly and all I can say is it isn't that bad. Really, I wish I could make you all some classic philly cheesesteaks with sliced ribeye, fried onions, and wiz on crusty/chewy italian bread. Instead you get Niman Ranch sirloin on french bread with lettuce and tomatoes (really a cheesesteak hoagie). But in general, I think it more suitable to the SF palate. If you want a more authentic cheesesteak (and greasy cheesesteak shop) experience, check out The Philadelphia Cheesesteak Company on Davisadero.
