We bought a house in Dec 03 anf I can't say enough great things about JC Loomis at Holmgren and Associates. He was very attentive to all of our needs and flexible as our needs changed. He was extremely communicative and always returned our phone calls promptly. He gave an accurate estimate as to the loan that he could get us and in the end got an even better deal that we had ever thought.
