Hiro's is the best in the city. He is a true master combining traditional sushi with modern twists. If you have the money and the time I would suggest letting the chef choose your meal. You will be utterly delighted and surprised at the array of appetizers and flavours set before you! -  *serious*

Hiro's is one of those resturants that only comes around every so often. This place is excellent. From their Saki coctails to their innovative sushi rolls everything at Hiro's is superb. Dress nice as this place tends not to be casual. Make a reservation if you can cause it tends to fill up. This is one of my favorite dining spots in downtown petaluma.
