Its time to let go of the old, and bring in the new!
Every Saturday (6PM-7:30PM) at Yoga is Youthfulness (590 Castro Street@Church St.) Mountain View .
"Healing Dance" is a brand new class where you dance to deep & funky house music with the intention of self healing. Beautiful new yoga studio in downtown Mt. View with brand new hardwood floors, great sound system, and plenty of space to either dance like nobodies looking, or just lie down and soak up all the positive energy. 2006 is a year for evolving the inner spirit, letting go of old blockages, and accepting the universal love Chi that's just waitng for us all to enjoy and spread to others.
