Ugly Experience!!
Frightening and didn't get what I paid for!

I wish I found this site before to meet those liers, I felt ambushed, ripped off, lied to and have never experienced such pressure and manipulation. There was no estimate, the price keep changing no matter if you give a design on a piece of paper. Employee "DAVE" say to be a subcontractor with their own rules and policy,They never give any proposal, estimate or receipt by writing when the performance of the body-work comes over $700.00 probably because they really care about any unhappy client who may take at Civil Court. In the Web-site attached: YELPS.COM says accepting credit cards but "DAVE" decided to do a site job with me, with the amount $700.00 "CASH ONLY" so does mean you aren't paying or reporting taxes when you have a profit. I know you have diferrents sites attach to you web-site and let me tell you something about you rules however You Can't Pass Over Federals & States Rules. Do not consider a business card like simple recipt. When I called to reschedule my appointment after 1 hour they said sorry you "LOSE YOU MONEY" no money refunded. the cashier I believe that''s his position said by phone to print a receipt may take 10 to 20 minutes, when I arrived after 20 minutes and he acted rude with my person. You guys think that you always may dealing with teenagers but you're Totally Wrong!! - flavio , posted 02/01/08

Why there's no waiting list...
Definitely for the under 30 set.
My 3 friends & I are doing recon for a quality shop, and I went in and the "abundant" young man was turned off when I told him I was doing "reconaissance" for my friends-the "yippy" girl asked, "What's that mean?" with doe-like innocence-he agreed, and I said "I'm checking it out" - he got scarce after that and she continued to shop for plugs. Guess Gen X/Boomer money's not real important to this lot.
Obstacles to success - portfolios skinny w/o artist names; lack of enthusiasm at front counter-they don't seem too serious about customer service if you're not already visibly done up & pierced. At $150/hr I have a feeling it would take awhile.
The sad part is the guy I spoke to on the phone yesterday evening sounded totally enthusiastic and gave me a great feeling. The small portfolios seem rather limited and don't highlight recent works or the quality consumers are getting used to watching those silly Miami/LA Ink shows.
They lost 4 customers this afternoon-I wonder if they care? - j , posted 08/31/07

Excellent staff and artists
Recently opened, but already well-known and rightly so. Excellent piercers and tattoo artists - educated, empathetic and friendly. Why haul out to the city for these services when you can go here? Make your appointment far in advance, it's a busy place! - Johanna , posted 10/06/04
