Eric is an ethical, experienced car mechanic who will fix your car. He will do it for a reasonable price, and he will communicate with you clearly in terms that you understand. Although he has a job as a mechanic, he also works freelance, and his home day job does not provide him with a garage that he can use. This is both a blessing and a curse. The blessing is that he will come to you, or facilitate you coming to him. The curse is that he doesn't have a garage. It's that simple. His work is top notch and he stands by it. He's a good guy who will treat you right, which is much more than I can say for many mechanics in the Bay Area. People who have read my prior reviews no that I've been ripped off by "reputable" auto body shops. It gets even worse, I had a guy charge me $1,000 for work that I discovered he never actually did. I didn't Yelp that, I'm taking it to the Better Business Bureau. ANYWAY, the point is Eric's not like that. He's a great guy and he deserves your business. - Brian , posted 04/03/08 |
