I bought a Delessio gingerbread cake for the family Xmas gathering. It's the essence of Yule solidified in a cake. It's amazing. The gingerbread cake is layered with orange white chocolate glaze and topped with chunks of gingerbread soaked in something decadent, plus candied cranberries.
