Will's a funny guy
Saw him at the Odeon. Catch him if you can. One day you may find yourself looking for scalped tix to one of his sold out shows. The show was unique and hysterical.

He has managed to find what eludes so many comics; how to make your individuality and uniqueness of persoanlity the perfect vehicle for your jokes. This is what I think is a hallmark of really good comics as opposed to the hundreds of comics out there "just telling jokes". - , posted 02/04/05

Highly Original
What Will Franken does could be labeled "metacomedy." He completely deconstructs assumptions. If you haven't seen him perform yet, you're missing out. - Larry-bob , posted 02/01/05

Sometimes I feel that there is no one...
no one to hug,
no one to dance with,
no one to mimic,
no one to taste coffee with,
Then I remember Will Franken and his comedy and I laugh... sometimes.

Go see Will. He's the comedian for people who like new, creative, thoughtful. Not everyone likes him. Not everyone likes champagne.

I've seen him 5 times. He was good every time and suprising every time. I perform comedy for a living. - scot , posted 12/30/04

A One Man Monty Python
I never really liked standup comedy, until I met Will Franken. But what will does is more like sketch comedy, except faster, and stranger, and he does all the characters himself. You may ask yourself: "self, how can that man on stage keep audiences laughing and riveted for 90 minutes just by talking?" Or maybe you won't say that. Whether you say that, or something else, or nothing at all, check out Will's website, listen to the mp3's, decide that I am absolutely correct that he is a comedic genius, and then go see him. Thank you. - Joe , posted 10/07/04
