I was having a time trying to fix a glitch with my cell phone and ask why my cell phone bill was so high. I went to one store down in the Financial district, cbut ould not get decent help so I stormed out. I stumbled upon the Cingular Wireless uo on 851 Van Ness while heading to the movie theater. I took a chance and went in. I was blown away. The sales reps were nice, did not hard sell me and helped me solve my glitch issue. Also they helped me select a text messaging/multimedia message package that helped lower my bill from all the kilobites I was using .
