Body Harmony is a great resource for most types of cleanses you are preparing to undertake. They are well versed in a variety of cleanses on the market, and they can offer support and counseling while cleansing. They have a peaceful, supportive environment and their colonic therapists are excellent. If you are preparing to undertake a cleanse for the first time, I recommend calling them to help prepare yourself, as many cleanses are most effective if the large intestine is cleansed first.
