Met Fausto of Blue me Blue technologies on Thursday via phone and he was able to diagnose my laptop's problem that it was my AC Plug that had gone bad. He came over that same day to pick up my laptop and upon a further inspection confirmed the diagnosis. He promised to get my laptop back on Monday but did not get it back to me till today Tuesday which was still fine. This was not a problem as I have to meet with clients tomorrow Wednesday. Fausto did return all my calls, was very courteous and was able to fix my laptop. I will have more work for him in the future. Hope this review helps your business. Fausto took my laptop more than one month ago and when he returned it after one week I paid him 100 bucks for it. After turning it on at home it didn't work. He picked it up again and after that I was calling just to hear what's going on with the laptop. He hardly ever answered his phone and then only to say that he was travelling somewhere and that's why he didn't answer. Riiiiighhhht. I just got the laptop and still doesn't work. And the funny thing about that is he called me saying that he fixed the laptop and he was going to drive by my house and if I could come outside and get it. The moment he said that I knew that the laptop wasn't fixed, and of course, as soon as I got inside the house and turned on the laptop it didn't work. And he knew that, that's why he didn't want to come inside. I don't know how this guy runs a business. He is completely unprofessional and has zero work ethic. I would have been totally happy if after a few days having the laptop he would have called and said that he doesn't have the expertise to fix the problem my laptop is having. But now he wasted over one month of my time during which I could have already had it fixed by a serious and knowledgeable technician. Fausto took my boyfriend Brian's computer nearly a month ago; he is not returning phone calls nor giving us the computer back. I'll happily delete this message when we get our computer back, but we need to hear from him - and soon. It was horrible service. Will not return calls, therefore you have no access to your computer or what is happening to it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL conduct in my opinion. I suggest that people use another service if they would like theyre labtops back in a reasonable time! You have to harass him to get it back! - Be , posted 12/10/07 |

they returned the laptop and took payment, the laptop did not work. they tried again and returned a laptop that would not start. they took it back and then stopped returning my calls and emails- the laptop was never returned - they are crooks - kim , posted 07/11/07 |

Fausto is the best technician I've ever used and is very reasonable. L was just taking advantage of him by trying to get her services for free (read Fausto's Email). He saved my dying computer and got me a new hard drive and backed up the data for much less then I could have anywhere else. He really knows his stuff and is very trustworthy and knowledgeable. I was hesidant since I just found him in the phone book since I'm new to San Fran but couldn't have been happier!! - pam , posted 01/16/09 |

Mike, Thanks for the posting. Being in business for almost 10 years I've seens crooks, scammers, etc. But nothing like this, this person not only was very abusive as she'd also tried pulling a classic one, she tried putting a stop payment in the check for her brand new laptop LCD screen, and on top of that she also had the nerve to actually use a service rating feature as a form of defamation. We were able to save her more than $100.00 on her laptop LCD replacement, but I guess what she wanted was more than that, she wanted a FREE LCD; after delivering her laptop (with a fixed brand new LCD screen) she came back asking why we didn't fix her floppy drive .. uhu? We do have the work order to show what services she agreed on paying for and how much, and floppy drive repair wasn't one of them. The reason why she was upset was because she tried putting a stop payment for the $625.00 repair and wasn't succesful on doing so, so the floppy thing was just an excuse for her actions. We will always provide excellent work, excellent customer service, FREE pick-up, FREE delivery, 60 day service warranty, etc; However that doesn't mean we will be giving away FREE LCD screens! BTW, the phone number has been the same for more than 5 years and it was never disconnected. Sue her? naaah, life is more interesting just moving on, I just feel sorry... - Fausto , posted 01/16/09 |

This guy is one of the nicest people I know... I've known him for years; his old company used to manage our network. He is a very professional and friendly person. I really doubt he overcharged you. Anyway, I will call him (in case he doesn't know yet) and let him know what you've been writing about :-) him and his business. This coward attitude of yours sounds more like you're the one who were trying to take advantage of their services. I hired Fausto to repair my laptop's LCD screen and my disk drive, and he royally screwed my over. He over charged me by $100 (I was quoted $525 -- He charged $625), and only after I had my laptop back did I realize he never fixed the disk drive. He had said fixing the drive would be easy for him, because he had contacts at HP. When I called to complain and request he fix what he had promised, his number had been disconnected. I emailed him to call me, and when he finally did, he cursed at me and hung up on me. After that happened, I tried to cancel my check, only to find that he had gone to my bank and cashed it immediately. He gave me no guarantee of 60 days service as he commented above, or anything like that. Sure, he picked up the laptop and delivered it to me, but he didn't fix what he said he would. --------- Edited to also mention that HE SAID HE WOULD FIX MY FLOPPY DRIVE, and did say this was included in the price. The laptop worked for a few days after he "fixed" is with a "new" LCD screen, and still didn't work after that. He took advantage of me. It was fraud, plain and simple. I never asked for a free LCD screen either, so I'm not sure what he's talking about. That's a downright lie. Also, this was no defamation, this was my experience.
