Cool space, kinda run down & smelly
I checked it out a few times. It's rough, and not the most welcoming. Saw a few things there. Would not go back b/c of the 'funky' smell. - REkz , posted 10/19/04

View local art and film!
992 Valencia St. at 21st st.
ATA has an amazingly diverse program - check their website as their calendar is constantly adding events. They have film screenings, talks, gallery exhibitions, and they also screen stuff on a cable public access channel. You can go and watch local filmmaker's films, or submit your own for open screenings! They are also rumored to have equipment rentals....
Super accessible by BART, Muni, bike (there is a bike lane on Valencia St.), or by car (parking garage at 21st st. and bartlett st.). - Anne , posted 10/16/04
