 I was part of a group exhibit there recently, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was an erotic show, and that in of itself made the likelihood of pretension high, but the AX passed the test with flying colors. The people were all laid-back and friendly, and the art was well-selected. Randy Antin sells buttons here for a mere $2 apiece, and they're well worth a look. - MariNaomi , posted 10/15/04 |

This place is great. You won't find snotty high brow hipsters, and you will find really great art in a lot of different mediums, including clothing, and it's not outrageously priced.
