I love sushi and I've been all over the place. Amberjack in Mill Valley is hands down the best sushi I've ever had. There are other places that have crazier rolls, but the Amberjack in Mill Valley serves sushi that is so super fresh that nothing can compare. I love their Tiger and Dragon rolls so much that I don't ever order anything else. Sit down and eat there; their sushi loses much of the magic when it sits for 15 minutes when you get it to go. - Christian , posted 05/15/06 |
