Class June 11 and 12 for helpers and healers,those who wish to further their own growth/healing,and those wishing to become more familiar with energy and intuition.

Reiki I Plus Fundamentals of Healing

Reiki is a gentle powerful tool that may be used on oneself or to help others with physical,emotional,spiritual healing or change;and as an instrument that can make a difference in your daily life.

Potential effects of reiki:

- decreased stress and anxiety
- increased immune function
- clarity
- improved intuition
- physical rest and rejuvination
- increased spiritual connection to your own source
- balancing the energies in the body
- releif of pain
- enhanced awareness
- emotional healing

- improvement of any healing modality you now use


The?fundamentals for helper and healers? will provide you with a foundation of understanding and experience to use your new tools practically in your everyday life, to use reiki and energy to help others, or to support those who are on the path of ?the healer?. These teachings are not presented the same elsewhere.

Taught in a comfortable home in the Piedmont area of Oakland within a mile of bart stations and 1 block from major bus routes. Class will be taught 10:30-6:00 Saturday and 10:30-6:00 Sunday. Reiki I attunement is included.

Pre-registration is required.
Limited spaces are available.

Early registration by May 31 - $300
Regular pre-registration - $350

Chriss Diaz( aka Chriss butterfly) is a reiki master and healer including counseling,energy work,shamanic work,spiritual counseling and life-path work,intuitive readings,chakra balancing,breathwork,and massage.
Chriss has a background in Wimmin?s Studies,activism,Diversty Training,Exercise Physiology,and Nutrition.

A limited number of apprenticeships are available.
Sessions are available by appointment.
