had an appointment at 10 am with these women. I thought I had scheduled everything perfectly, junk would be removed from the front of the garage first and then the next day salvation army would remove the donations from the back. At 9am Lisa called to tell me she would be late and would be there at 11am. Fine, not a huge deal but I did take the morning off of work to be there. At 11:30 I called and left a message to please give me a new time. No response. At 12:30 I had enough and went to work pissed off. No repsonse the next day or the next. I had to cancel the appointment with Salvation Army and reschedule both donation and dump runs. What a mess. I ended up calling EcoHaul, they hauled both junk and donations in one trip! After reading all the reviews here and on tribe, I'm glad we didn't give them a deposit. - Laura , posted 11/07/06 |
