I have a referral for certain handyman jobs including: Garage door maintenance and replacement Window washing Power washing Hauling/demolition Dry wall Carpet cleaning Residential irrigation Gutters Miscelleneous - power tool stuff + creative fixing/building He also does artistic sculpture OK, he's my stepson, and is starting out as an independent handyman. Dean is 25 and worked for a garage door company for a year +, but the company went out of business. He also has professional window washing, carpet cleaning and irrigation experience and equiptment. He is very handy with all kinds of mechanical things, has tools and a big truck. I had him cut the 15 Centurian/agave plants around our house - our mow+blow gardener quoted us $300 to do it and Dean did it in 3 hours for $90.
