Teresa Ann Foxworthy has over 20 years of experience developing programs for personal growth and transformation. Director of CLUB SHANGRI-LA, and other projects, Ms. Foxworthy is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses achieve their goals. She has worked with both large and small corporations, all types of personalities, as well as a wide range of projects, all in an effort to achieve this aim. Her expertise in a variety of related fields makes her an excellent coach for senior executives and professionals, motivated individuals, as well as a facilitator for growing strong teams and communities. After completing her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal and Expressive Arts, she then worked in the field of technology and discovered first-hand the need for ?work-life balance?.
