Smitty's is a locals bar. Yes, if yer not a local you'll be treated suspiciously. Mind yer p's &q's and nobody gets hurt. I've never been to a bar where the bartender gives you another refill on yer pint just because (and he didn't even know me). and yes. Dario's pizza (gourmet pizza!) at half price while yer there!
