I have seen Dr. Berman now for over a year, and what a fabulous dermatologist. He was recommended to me by a friend who said that he was the only one to cure her skin problem so had to give him a try. My dealings with other derms were that they never listen to you for more than a minute, but he sat down and went thru my whole history and took the necessary time to also cure my problem. I have come back for other things and have seen one other doctor there, all have been great. It is nice to see compassion in medicine again, and not just be treated like a number. They really take customer service seriously. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great skin doctor. I went to see Dr. Berman at the Berman Skin Insitutute in Palo Alto. I saw his office on the web. He did a great job on his website. Very informative. I booked an appointment online. It was very easy and they responded right away. When I got to the office, I was surprised it was so busy. The office was very nice, but I had to wait for a while to see Dr. Berman. He was in high demand the day I was there. It was worth the wait. I went to see him to have him check on a mole on my back. He was concerned about the size of the mole and suggested it be removed as soon as possible. Even though he was running late he told me to hang tight and he would remove the mole that day so I wouldn't have to make another trip to the office since I live in the city. I appreciate that he was concerned more for my health than his schedule. I will absolutely recommend Dr. Berman and the Berman Skin Institute to all my friends and family. - Jim , posted 03/11/07 |

I was in to see Dr. Berman as a new patient last week for a cosmetic consultation. I didn't know what I wanted done, but I am in my early 40's and need some improvements in my appearance. I didn't know how many different treatments he offers in his office. I did the new Juvederm filler and LOVED IT. Dr. Berman is great at what he does and he really knows what he is talking about. He didn't pressure me into doing too much too fast. I am going to call and go in for some botox and possibly a laser treatment. The office is wonderful.
