Looking for reliable sub-letter to help me pickup an epic 4 bedroom house in Scotts Valley. Full house with downstairs studio I'd rent for $700. The whole tab is $2,350, but I need a reliable housemate subletting downstairs, and I'll need at least, a three month committment in writing. If I can't find a rock solid sub, I'm going to get a live/work in Berkeley/Oakland instead. I've had to manage too many college aged children over the past ten years, so please don't be one! A reliable sub allows us to pick up an epic Temple in The S.Cruz Mtns. My work is going to be primarily meditative and high-order in Nature, with occassional trips into The Bay for business and partying when needed.
