2 bed, 1 bath (shared) duplex w/ beautiful yard, washer/ dryer, great neighborhood borders Atherton and Woodside. 1 minute to 280 freeway (the most beautiful freeway in the entire world in my humble opinion.) Easy walking distance to bank, grocery store,and post office. Non smoker perfered. I'm a full time student at SJSU and work in San Jose as well. I don't really care what you do so long as you are mature, responcible, respectful, and know how to clean up after yourself. Share utilities. I have 1 cat and he's awesome.
