Belmont is a small sleepy town, but its 30 minutes from SF and San Jose, and 20 minutes from Half Moon Bay. More like a home, its very comfortable here and its sunny and quiet. This place is bigger than a two bedroom because its got an enclosed porch(with hammock), a large multi-purpose room and the living room. If you like to see trees, deer, and the occasional raccoon on your way to the front door, this place is for you. I'm a single 36 year old 7-4er usually home weeknights and out and about on weekends. I just got back from Burning Man and like to go to camp outs on the weekends. If I'm not doing that , I like to take hikes, go camping (again), and generally live life! I'm pretty quiet most days and enjoy practicing yoga and meditation in my spare time. I like to have friends over from time to time but its rare for me to have more that one person over at a once. Their is only one neighbor, above. I've lived in this space for 4 years and its been great. There is no cost for Utilities.
