We are going away for up to 3 months: december to feb, or jan to march (we're flexible at this point). The rent is $1500 per month (negotiable), but this includes all the utilities, plus high speed internet, phone and cable. The house is fully equipped for a luscious santa cruz winter surf season. Has a huge backyard for hanging out and being creative. It is like having a cosy cabin in the woods, hidden away from the street, but it is in seabright area, walking distance to 2 natural food stores, and the ocean (seabright beach). Perfect for a couple, but can sleep 3. contact me if you want to see more pics. We wanted to offer this lovely place to our tribe and friends first. oh, and it has a veggie garden you are welcome to utilise (an organic winter garden!) and has parking. we love this house and hope that you will.too...! luv, G
