seeking personal assistant

Disabled woman in my late 30's who can walk around but can’t do lots of other things like bending over excessively, lifting, etc. seeks personal assistant to help with general assistance, carrying groceries, household chores,
some cooking, some errands & can drive a manual transmission.
A healthy back is needed for this position. Please note that my tribe profile is pretty old and may not be the most current representation of who I am today, but it's still basically me...

Pay will depend on the schedule and what works out in the situation…12 hours per week, $11 - $13 per hour. You would get medical benefits w/dental after 2 months. The schedule is fairly flexible. Need to find someone ASAP. Please note you would be paid directly from my disability benefits.

I live in San Francisco, in the Hayes Valley area, pretty centrally located, near many transport lines, etc.

I am a spiritually oriented person but I do not follow one specific religion only. I'm looking for a female assistant.
