my girlfriend nunich and i are moving to the bay area on june 1 and we need a place. we are both financially stable and pretty quiet, tho not adverse to loud roommates. i usually get up at around 9am and write music, but i'm a real stickler for preerving my hearing, so it is rarely loud and i am used to working in headphones.
we have a wonderful black lab named tricky who will be joining us. she is almost 12 so she is pretty chilled out and knows all the ropes of living with roommates.
we would ideally like to get a room in an existing place as we are canadians, but if you know any cool landlords please let me know.
