We have a fantastic view, big open spaces in the main house, you get two rooms with a small deck to yourself! Preference to people who need a place right away as we're hoping to fill the space right away. This is the most convenient, luxurious, inexpensive pad you'll find in Marin; we value your independence, communication skills, and shared living experience. Great gardens, on-site W/D, dishwasher, storage, views galore, formal dining room, professional kitchen, wonderful clean air, hiking behind the house... do you really need more reasons to want to see this place?
