I seeking a special creative someone to sublet my room in the Vulcan (oakland) for the month of November.
The Dreaming is an amazing place.... we have a movement/ aerial studio, sewing/crafting room...lots of room to create.
My room is ridiculously cute and is quite large....and has a big window. the other 5 who live here are artists and activists and dreamers of all sorts who take their work very seriously, and take having a good time seriously as well.
the vulcan is an artist live/work community 8 blocks from the fruitvale bart.
the rent is $500
