Student-style room for rent: $75 per night, per person (2 person max). Room includes two beds with new bedding, hardwood floors, two desks, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with tub and shower. Full kitchen and washer & dryer privileges.
This is a short term rental. 13 day maximum stay. A $150 deposit per person, depending on length of stay, is fully refundable upon leaving.
Be cat-friendly as there is one docile male cat on the premises. Hosts are two professional gay males.
