Family owned and operated boutique winery that has been a landmark in the Napa Valley for 25 years and is growing rapidly. We use organically farmed local fruit from our sustainable vineyards to produce a hand crafted blend of perfect wine. we are committed to protecting the environment through our sustainable farming practices, harvesting the sun to operate our winery and finding great people to work in our family business.
Due to the growth in wines sales and consumer visits, we are in search for two additional full-time tasting room sales people to join our top sales team. We are looking for people with great customer service skills, a positive attitude, and have the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of people. If you are enthusiastic about Napa Valley wines, and see yourself in a wine industry career, we would like to hear from you.
Duties Include:
• Promote the Peju brand experience, offering our guests an amazing experience to learn about our wines and wine club
• Deliver excellent customer service to facilitate wine sales while maximizing customer relations
• Complete transaction in point of sales system, including shipping orders, wine club and cash transactions
• Maintain supplies and wine inventory of your wine bar
• Build and maintain long term customer relationships for the winery
Qualifications Include:
• Ability to effective communicate in a professional and welcoming manner
• Ability to build/maintain a relationship with customers in a short period of time
• Ability to offer explain product features and options for customers to purchase
• Ability to learn and execute point of sale computer software procedures.
• Ability to learn about wines, varietals and winemaking process
• Ability to work with as team member and with a sales team.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
Wine knowledge preferred by not necessary, wine interest required.
